Will Fuqua joined PathGroup in 2007 and has navigated many roles from operations to compliance to information technology. Will became the Chief Information Officer in 2025, and is responsible for our technology, innovation, and security.  He has been integral in the execution of over 10 laboratories and has developed a strong foundation in process optimization and patient-centered workflows. This unique perspective enables Will to align technology initiatives with operational excellence and clinical outcomes. Will completed an undergraduate degree in Engineering from SAE and holds graduate certificates in Business Analytics and Marketing from Kelley School of Business. He is a Nashville native and has a wife and four children, who enjoy spending time traveling, hiking, biking, and skiing.
