Victoria Labriola joined PathGroup in January 2025 as our EVP and Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for legal, compliance and human resources. Vicki has more than 20 years of legal experience, with the last 10 years advising multi-site national healthcare providers as in-house counsel. Vicki has extensive leadership experience scaling multi-site healthcare companies, having served most recently as the Chief Legal Officer of Mindpath Health, an outpatient mental health provider, and General Counsel of American Renal Associates, a publicly-traded operator of dialysis clinics. Vicki began her legal career working at international law firms, including Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she advised financial institutions and corporate clients on commercial finance, M&A and bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Vicki completed her JD/MBA at Suffolk University, and undergraduate degree at Tufts University.
