Duties:

• Assist in retaining current business, increase market share and implement company payor contracts successfully.
• Act as the contact person for all client concerns and as a liaison between the client and the communicator for problem resolution.
• Identify and assist in resolving unsubstantiated ideas regarding payor contracts.
• Conduct client surveys and analyses to determine the percentage of the market business we service.
• Distribute marketing and patient education literature.
• Assist in generating new business.
• Must be familiar with Corporate Compliance Program and Corporate Policies.
• All other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record required. 
• 2 years of medical sales experience preferred. 
• Customer service oriented sales and service experience is required.
• A proven track record of success in the sales field required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills required. 
• Ability to operate independently, effectively prioritize duties and attentiveness to detail required. 
• Strong presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills required.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage the commitment of others required. 
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
