Associated
Pathologists is the largest physician owned pathology
group in the United States. With over 50 pathologists,
we provide a wide range of anatomical, clinical,
and administrative services to hospitals, multi-specialty
clinics, surgery centers, physician offices and
other clinical reference laboratories, and have
done so since 1965. Associated Pathologists is
an academic style group practice that has superb
range and depth of experience, expertise and
certifications in all subspecialty areas of pathology.

| Anatomic Pathology |
Our
anatomic laboratory provides a full range of anatomical
professional and technical services. The laboratory
operates 24 hours 365 days per year. The technical
and supporting staff are extremely competent to
deliver excellence in anatomical services. A full
range of esoteric testing is performed including
ERA/PRA, bone marrows, Laser cytometry, special
stains and immunohistochemistries, In keeping with
our tradition of providing excellence in the field
of pathology, we maintain certifications with the
State, College of American Pathologists (CAP) and
Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO) and for the Laboratory Improvement
Act (CLIA).

Our
cytology department is one of the largest in our service
area in providing non-gyn and gyn cytologies. We have
a highly dedicated and trained staff of certified cytologists.
We were one of the first to offer the Thin Prep Pap
test, have recently deployed state of the art technology
in providing the latest in automated image analysis
of the Thin Prep Pap test. We also offer the latest
in molecular testing capabilities to detect the most
common forms of sexually transmitted diseases, all
from one patient sample. We continually research the
industry for advances in technological and diagnostic
capabilities to keep us on the cutting edge of pathology
testing.
